“Awesome store kept clean but I hope they do keep their toy isle more nice organized with put their clearance items on a nice shelf but Jocelyn always makes me feel happy and comfortable with very friendly helpful and she always makes my heart feel incredible with I do plan onto doing a painting design of her favorite thing for her from me as a good customer”

“I enjoy going to this store during the day when the employees are nicer. It only gets 4 stars because During the evenings, there’s a cashier named holly who has dark hair and glasses who stands up front and gives everyone dirty looks or gives people a hard time when she’s ringing people out. Save yourself and go to the self checkout so it won’t be an inconvenience for any worker there. It’s a hit or a miss with employees there, but the misery level needs to be separated from the work life. I like the prices for stuff there otherwise.”

But, I looked at the reviews for this particular location to make sure I'd be going to one that is usually well stocked (it was for the most part), but the reviews about the cashiers were kinda horrendous. I got here, and of course, so close to Christmas, stock was low and it was busy, but the cashiers...we're SO LOVELY AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND POLITE. I didn't get their names, but it was the folks with alt-style (like myself), and they had positive attitudes when really, for $12/hr in this economy, all I'd muster is a 'Howyadoin,' but they chatted customers up and were just so pleasant. Idk, I just felt like they should get a shout out for probably just being their typical sweet selves. Which is honestly rare out here these days. It was nice to see folks of different kinds treating each other well and with the regular respect we all deserve. And, that's my Dollar Tree on Banksville review!”
“Went to the Dollar Tree at Brentwood Plaza today. The store seems to have a lot of new faces and they are guys and seem happy to be there or were having a good day. It was busy as this store normally is and they were keeping the lines moving and smiling and talking to the customers all at the same time. I have not been at the store in a few weeks, it does seem like the aisles are getting a bit narrow or it could just be me...more that likely it's me. I am still always able to find what I need whether it's candy, food, dog stuff or house hold things.”
“Very nice clean large store..did not have spring flower bags advertised, couldn't find crayons.. manager admitted they run two different aisles not where they should be one of the things I was looking for come by for another day”

“A great addition to Carrick, but at the same time just another junk shop. It would be nice if it was better organized and maintained. We need more stores like this in this area that provide everyday products at good prices, however; we don't need more stores that just pile in product and don't care what kind of people come in to the store nor care how they behave when they're there.We need law & order, and we need organization, bottom line is that we need better stores and stores with pride. And, I'm not NOT not talking about rainbow ? pride, I'm talking about good old fashioned American ???? pride!I think overall this store will do well here, especially if they hire well. Time will tell. Hopefully, with the friendly and competent staff that they have thus far they will be able to prosper, but I worry about the hurdles they will face with the crime we have seen spiral out of control in the last few years.Shop Safe ??️????”
“One of my favorite locations. Sam is wonderful and always has the health and beauty aisle stocked so nicely!! And the guy who does the food aisle( sorry I can’t remember your name) is always is in a great mood and so kind.”
“There's a handful of Dollar Generals within 10 minutes from me and this one is my second favorite, probably because it's still a newer one. Its more stocked than some others but not as stocked as the Baldwin one. They also tend to close at random times like other Dollar Generals which can be annoying”

“I gotta say that this is a very nice clean and organized store compared to the other one that is not more than a mile away from it. This one is just so neat that you can find everything that you want because it’s in the place where it’s supposed to be the other store that I went to normally there’s clothes on the floor on top of each other stuff is just crammed here crammed there. This is the store that I’ll be going to now. Great job. Keep it up.”
“Went today too buy a monster coffee and also purchased a liter of Coca-Cola because they are the cheapest in town there. Later on I went too crack my liter bottle of coke and took a sip a drink and automatically knew there was something wrong. (It was flat as flat can be) I check the date on the bottle and it expired the second week on April ??♂️ Update: I was finally able too make it back with my receipt. Darker hair older lady glasses took care of me. She was very polite. I was able too get another liter of Coke (replacement) and my Usual favorite Salted Caramel Monster Energy Coffee and a 24 pack of water. Moral of the story I work as an Dairy Lead, it’s always important too “check your dates””

“This is probably the best dollar general I’ve been too. It is very clean, neat & tidy. It is not hard to find what you’re looking for. Most other dollar generals are so messy & unorganized but not this one! Thank you for caring about your customers & keeping a nice establishment. The employees are so nice as well.”

“I've never had a bad experience there. It's a bit messy, and old. You can still get all the things you need. I went there for paint supplies. They had most of what I needed. They sell food and clothes and kitchen utensils. They sell cell phones and cheap electronics. It's your typical convenience store.”
“3.5 stars. When I shopped in this Dollar General, I saw a good selection of brand-name and generic merchandise for cleaning, personal care, office, dining, pets, holidays, and more. Some prices were low, some average, and some overpriced compared to competing retailers. I purchased cat treats and dog food. The cashier performed her job well.”

“I shop at this Dollar General regularly and the staff here is always friendly and helpful. The store has been much cleaner and better stocked lately than a lot of other locations I've visited. The employees are polite and work hard to help customers find what they need. It's obvious the staff puts in a lot of effort despite how much work they have to handle. Definitely one of the better Dollar Generals in the area!”
“I gave 5 stars and I feel the need to explain why it's all 5...the reason is because you have a wonderful assistant manager, Tiffany. Of course I enjoy the store and bargains but I become a regular somewhere when it has people that make my experience more enjoyable rather than someone who's just shirt that works there basically. Tiffany is literally a great face for ur store and I know I'm not the only customer who'd say that. I'm in customer service so I appreciate when someone makes me feel at home and taken care of”
