“I’ve been taking my car here for several years. They have always done good work and prices are reasonable. I just brought in a car for inspection and oil change. I was concerned about a loud banging that was happening when I hit bumps. Turns out my frame was rusted thru and cracked, thus “totalling “ the car. P & W sent me photos of the damage and was up front and honest. They didn’t try to charge me for the oil change and inspection (they didn’t do). Others may not have been so honest and would try to charge me. They let me keep the now junked car on the lot for a few days while I arranged a salvage pick up.This shop is trustworthy.”

This was the 3rd nearest option we could find and they were able to diagnose, source parts, and install them and have us back on the road in about 3 hours. They found a way to squeeze us into their busy schedule and saved us from other potential costs (hotel, rental, overall time). Cathy at the front desk was happy to help, she was nothing but friendly and accommodating while Daryl and the boys in the garage went to work. Honestly could not have been a better outcome considering the situation and timing of the circumstances. Forever grateful for Schulz's hospitality and service!”

“This place does some of the best work I've ever seen. Even when I miss appointments they are always willing to take me back with open arms. I could go to a garage that would do the work for less, however it wouldn't be nearly the quality or standard that pinnacle offers. They have been working on my cars for years and I will continue to go there again and again until either they close or I'm gone. Even if the price may be a little more than I'd like they will work with you and go the extra mile to fix whatever problem you have. Pinnacle are my cars ride or die.”

I did have to wait about 30-40 minutes (there was a car being serviced in the bay and 1 in front of me), and I was there about 40 minutes after they opened.The service tech told me that they’re usually super busy at all hours of the day. He was very nice and upon their initial car check (which I love that they do), they found that I had a front and back taillight out.They always have a coupon and were super nice. I would definitely return to this location again, just be wary it could be busy (which is a good problem to have)!”
