“I was up from North Carolina with my grandson and we hit a big pot hole, normal day in Pittsburgh :-), and had a vibration in my tire. I'm going back on Saturday and they were awesome and fit us in to make sure everything was safe. I ended up having a bent rim, it was a doozy! They were able to fix it in about an hour and a half and made sure that I was safe and the tire was balanced and ready to go for the trip back home. Can't say enough good things! Reasonably priced, very professional and courteous service and definitely felt like I was taking care of.”

“Such a wonderful experience at North Hills Mitsubishi. We went in for annual inspection and left with a brand new vehicle. Colin, Bobby W and Sales Manager Mat were helpful on the first day! We took the car home the first day for a test and realized that wasn't the right car for us. When we came back, Eric the finance manager and Colin the sales consultant got right back into helping us! Mat was very helpful again as well. We were extremely pleased with everything they did to get us into the right vehicle at the perfect price. “I've stopped here quite a few times over the past few years and have been very happy every time.
I showed up with a sheared exhaust pipe due to hitting a puddle of water, and they repaired it for a reasonable price.
I have been getting my car inspected for the past couple years here, they're always quick and efficient. Recently brought a second car in and it was just as quick.
I recently brought in my car with a bolt that broke off that holds the rear inner wheel lining in place, and they found a bolt that matched, installed it, and didn't charge me.
I have been recommending them for auto repair to my coworkers whenever anyone needs it.”

“I started coming here after receiving a very questionable quote for work needed on my VW Tiguan at a local dealership. If you want honest, quality work- come here! Bob ( the owner) looks for ways to extend your cars life rather than having to replace. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have a VW that had an oil consumption problem and was needing to add 1 qt every 300 miles. Bob came up with a solution that likely saved my engine and my wallet.

“I noticed my tire pressure was uneven so I stopped in as a precaution. I struggle to bend/stand repeatedly in hot weather. They didnt make me feel silly or pressure me to buy a service (I do come to valvoline for paid services, this just happened to be in between). Very happy to support my local valvoline!”

“Libby, the appointment coordinator and women at the desk, was awesome. Came in for a simple inspection, but they couldn't do it right away, so she gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait around. They/she were very communicative and everything went without a hitch.
I thought I needed an oil change when I set the appointment, but learned a day later my girlfriend took it in months prior, so it wasn't necessary. That was no big deal. I was still treated with respect and like they valued me as a customer, regardless of how much or how little work I needed. The shuttle service alone proved that.
Do not hesitate to take your car here. It's a great neighborhood shop.”
