“Great honest, reliable service!!
I took my car to get the oil changed , tires rotated and to get the brakes checked, it was all completed in a timely manner.
The brakes were still good.
The owner is very nice as well as the service department employees. They are knowledgeable and efficient! I’m a repeat customer and would recommend this business to everyone!”
“I needed a tire repair to my left front tire. Joe, one of the service technicians did a excellent job of doing the repair and getting me into the shop and out very quickly.
Upon the removal of the tire Joe noticed that I had front brake issues with my brake caliper and made me aware of the safety issue.
I just wanted to thank Joe and the management for recognizing the issue with the brakes to make me and my family safe. :-)

They were incredibly kind and professional — went out of their way to make sure I was safe and got my spare tire on quickly. Even though I ended up getting my tire repaired somewhere closer to home, I was really impressed by their generosity and willingness to help a stranger. I looked on the website before coming to see if vacuuming was part of an oil change service and it was listed. I also made sure the floors were clear before I got out of my car only to be disappointed upon returning to my car. Is this not something Jiffy Lube does anymore?”

“Such a wonderful experience at North Hills Mitsubishi. We went in for annual inspection and left with a brand new vehicle. Colin, Bobby W and Sales Manager Mat were helpful on the first day! We took the car home the first day for a test and realized that wasn't the right car for us. When we came back, Eric the finance manager and Colin the sales consultant got right back into helping us! Mat was very helpful again as well. We were extremely pleased with everything they did to get us into the right vehicle at the perfect price. The mechanics and staff at Baum Blvd Auto are kind, communicative, caring, and THOROUGH with their work. They never pressure you or upsell you, but they are clear about when they discover future issues with your vehicle. “I started coming here after receiving a very questionable quote for work needed on my VW Tiguan at a local dealership. If you want honest, quality work- come here! Bob ( the owner) looks for ways to extend your cars life rather than having to replace. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have a VW that had an oil consumption problem and was needing to add 1 qt every 300 miles. Bob came up with a solution that likely saved my engine and my wallet.

“I noticed my tire pressure was uneven so I stopped in as a precaution. I struggle to bend/stand repeatedly in hot weather. They didnt make me feel silly or pressure me to buy a service (I do come to valvoline for paid services, this just happened to be in between). Very happy to support my local valvoline!”
