“I scraped a guard rail very badly. I needed new tires, a new head light, a new rear quarter panel and the whole left side painted a fairly rare color.
Guy got me in for estimate quick, worked effectively with my insurance, kept me updated every step of the way, made sure I received all new OEM parts and performed a flawless install and pristine matched paint.
It took two months but if I had known looking at my car after the accident that I would be able to have it again, perfect, I would have waited far longer and paid far more.

“I had water pump, brakes pads, rotors replaced. They did a great job replacing water pump. Car runs great. In order to replace water pump, several parts needed to be removed due to poor design by manufacturer. I was concerned there may rattles or noises because the amount of parts removed and reinstalled. The car runs better than new. Brake job was excellent and at reasonable prices. Thank you.”

We were obviously upset as out car only has 40000 miles, but in a surprise move, the dealer gave us an amazing dicount. I had no issues paying for what the work costs and this was a total shock at time of pickup and I can say that they have more than earned my business in the future.”

“We were on our way to a funeral an hour away in snowy and icy conditions… when my wiper blade defected. It’s a ‘22, and my manufacturer changed the blades to make them complicated. Naturally. So the easiest fix would have been to go to the dealership and have them put on overpriced wipers that are obviously easily defective. The guys here prevented me from having to do the extra driving in the bad and already stressful conditions by going above and beyond to find a way to replace my blades. I really appreciate them. Thank you for your help yesterday, it was highly valued by us.”

“My husband recently bought a vehicle here because the other dealership we were working with was kind of shady. We went to get it and there was something wrong with it they discovered. So they needed to send it to get fixed, which whatever, but they didn't call us before we went there to tell us that and they knew we were coming. It took 2 weeks to get the car back. Once we had it home I was looking inside and clearly the interior was not detailed properly. There was mud or something all over the ceiling and something like dirt or weed or coffee grounds all in the console. The inside is just a mess. When we were calling to check on the car the receptionist lady had the most rude, worst attitude. If you are purchasing a vehicle and they have your money you are allowed calling 50 times a day if you want. No need to be mean. Overall the experience here was poor but I wouldn't say I don't recommend them as the salesman himself was polite and as helpful as he could be I suppose. But their communication is not good. We didn't buy an Audi, but a used vehicle so maybe that was why it was such a difficult process. But when spending 40 grand you should be treated like you matter.”
