“Rick does a wonderful job. My car had inches of water in the bottom which came in through the trunk. Another detailer actually recommended Rick saying that Rick specialized in "water destruction." It took a long time to determine where the water was coming in and to get it fixed. I was also never big on taking care of my car before the water damage. My car was beyond disgusting. Rick promised me a new car and he was true to his promise. He got all of the mold, filth stains and smell out of the car and carpet. The outside and under the wheels look great. It was well worth the money even if not for the water damage and I think I am going to get him to clean my car on an annual basis. I love my new car and can't thank him enough. His service is wonderful A++++ and prices reasonable. Thanks you so much Rick.”

“I called Major's Select Collision at the instruction of a Maryland collision center where I had work completed in 2021. Brianna was so helpful and worked with me to find a convenient time for me to bring my vehicle in during my graduate school winter break. They were very kind about honoring the lifetime warranty on the work completed at at their sister facility. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. It turns out that the technician who installed the replacement rear door accidentally activated the manual child safety lock, preventing the door from operating properly. The waiting room was exceptionally clean, especially considering that this type of business involves a lot of messy liquids. I cannot comment on the cost or value of service, but I can say that the customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return in the future with any issues.”

Brenner offered the soonest estimate, and their associate was able to compare the estimated costs of repairs with insurance and out of pocket for me. I really appreciated the time they took to explain things and offer options, as I’m not super knowledgeable about cars. Then when my car’s repairs were nearing completion with an estimated finish of the next day, I told them I’d be working a 12 hour shift then, and they hurried to have it ready for me by the end of the day so I wouldn’t have to pay for another day with a rental. My car looks perfect, and I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone at Brenner has been at every turn.
