“The people at Hampden Automotive are awesome! My car wouldn't start at 5am one weekday and I drive 2 hours to work. I called them at 5:20am to see if they could help me and someone came out at 5:45am to look at my vehicle. It needed to be jumped but I also needed a new battery. They told me to drop it off at the shop. I moved here a few months ago so no family or friends to help me. They loaned me a vehicle so I could get back home until it was fixed. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to help their customers! Reasonably priced mechanics and they do a fantastic job! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic! I am so grateful I found them! ??”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I used to work on my own vehicles so I know when a place tries to upsell or tell you that you need something when you may not. This place did not do that to me. They just simply recommended it and did not push the sale. One time I had a stripped bolt in a brake caliper and they did not try to sell me a new caliper. They actually were able to get the old bolt out, rethread it, put some lock tight and a lock washer on it for me. Saved me $800 at the dealer. Great work guys.”
“I can’t say good enough about my car buying process at Bobby Rahal used outlet. Brendan was PHENOMENAL, I had a very specific/small budget and needed help finding what worked for me. He had me set up and ready to look at what would fit my budget 30 minutes after I called in. He is extremely kind and patient. Claire and Ragena were amazing working with my crappy credit score and history. I wasn’t even hoping to be able to get GAP but they got it in there! All three were very professional, quick, and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I remember taking my Satin Silver Metallic 2001 Acura Integra GSR there about 10 years ago when my regular suspension guy was booked out. Their knowledge with obscure vehicles, and frame repair is second to none. They have an entire shop manual library of obscure European, and Japanese cars of the 60's, 70's and 80's on their bookshelves.
Although I haven't been back in a long time. After 10 years I was forced to sell my 2001 Acura for cheap due to the engine suffering catastrophic failure in June 2024, and I myself was also suffering other hardships at the time. All good things come to an end.
I will drive the extra 45 minutes to go back there with my current car. Because to this day, I never had a shop do such good alignment, so personable, and kind, or with such good rates. Dan the owner, truly is the man, and kids were Mannheim Central High School graduates, (the school I attended as a child). (other than my main guy here in Etown Keener Tire who is always booked out), Dan is the place for suspension, frame work, and alignments. ;-)”
“Could not have been more impressed with the team at Lawrence Chevrolet. I recently made a purchase of a new truck and everyone there was fantastic. After weeks of searching for the vehicle I wanted and many interactions with other dealerships, I was pleased to find and buy from them at Lawrence. From the time I was interested in a vehicle my sales guy Ned was all over it and there to assist. “If I could give Chad 1,000 stars for his support and professionalism I would!! I was recently car shopping with my mom to get her something a bit newer with better technology, safety features and reliability. Chad really took the time to listen to what she was looking for in her next car and was able to make some recommendations based on what she needed. He took the time to test drive multiple cars with her and knew all the different details and features on each car. She ultimately ended up loving the first car she test drove and bought it the next day. Throughout the whole process Chad was unbelievably professional and very knowledgeable. He spent extra time with her to go over the car and make sure she was set up with all the technical features she wanted to use before taking the car home. The service that Bobby Rahal provides before, during and after the sale is top notch and they go above and beyond another local car dealers. Also it’s a Lexus so it’s going to run forever which put my mind at ease knowing she was making a good purchase financially. “We flew up to Harrisburg PA from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck. My husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about our plan. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do. No hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!”
“Repeat customer here, Rich and his team at Mavis installed new wheels on my Gladiator on this visit. They confirmed my tire pressure and installed new valve stems. They drove it to reset the tire sensors, and advised me to stop by tomorrow to check the torque on them. Great Job!”

I definitely recommend him if you have any mold or mildew problems in your vehicle as well as basic detailing. He was able to remove the awful mold and mildew smell from a sunroof leak in my car. “This place is amazing. In a world where people only care about themselves..this business owner is far from that kind of human. We went based strictly off of his pervious google reviews before bringing our Renegade here because we couldn't find prices on line and it was the week of Easter. He had us drop our car the next day. Our front brakes/rotors were toast and needed done 3 weeks prior to when we actually were able to get them done, our oil also the same..and we told him to change the back brakes if HE thought they needed done..oh and our lugs were stripped. We called twice being normal pains in the butts with extra questions told him to not do the oil change to to save us some money.He called to let us know the car was done. The brakes and rotors were fixed..the back brakes didn't need done yet, got new lugs, and he did our oil change anyways because .."it needed done". I mean it really did need done..it was so awful. But literally every penny means something to us at this moment. So the amount of kindness from this shop is something we can't say thank you enough for. The work is quality, the work is honest..the people are honest and the pride in the work shows. You literally can not find that around anymore. Any part of the car business is about taking advantage. Not here. The previous reviews for this shop are 100 accurate. My review is 100 accurate. This is the only shop that will be touching our Jeep or any other car we own. Thank you again!”

“Honest, fair, and skilled. We have taken our older Cadillac to Wiltech for several repairs. They are one of few shops not afraid of the car. They've done great work on all of the vehicles. Unlike some other shops in the area, if they are unable to locate replacement parts (such as an exhaust pipe), they are able to manufacture something to use. Fantastic experiences!”

“Was referred to Sun Motors about 5 years ago after more local MB dealer had little time for me. I am very thankful for that poor treatment. Sun Motors, from staff to service, is EXACTLY what the car purchasing experience should be. Our sale representative, Rowan Dickerson, is the total professional who finds the balance in knowing what he sells, customer serivice and frendliness. While I am sure they have other quality sales staff, my wife and I cannot overstate how great it is to work with Rowan. We have made three purchases from Sun in the past 5 years and all could not have happened more smoothly. There is also going above and beyond from them.....had an issue with a major component in a car that was just out of warranty and there was no discussion about it: bring it in, we'll take care of it as if was still covered. Service staff are accomodating and efficient as well. It is no wonder they are successful across all of their brands. Our driving a little over an hour that one day in 2020 has been well worth it in peace of mind, fair pricing and great service.”
