“Went up last weekend to look at a 2017 GMC Yukon. I dealt with Rob and Mike who were both awesome. Truck greatly exceeded my expectations and really had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. they were able to beat my pre approved rate and get the deal done.My only small complaint was i felt the finance department was pushing the aftermarket warranty to much. I had stated i did not want it multiple times due to cost and the overall reliability of these trucks yet it took a few times to finally move on. I was more then happy with the provided powertrain warranty.Other than that, over the moon with the truck and couldn't be happier!”

“This post might be a bit long, but it's hard for me to really write a justifiable review for this place in just a few words. Today (02.27.24) I went to the Mechanicsburg location today for my second time ever.My first visit in September of 2023 I had all 4 tires for my 2018 Honda CRV replaced. Every other place I got a quote from wanted $750-$800+ dollars. NTB quoted me $530 for all 4 tires and installation included (they also offer free tire rotations for the life of the tires). I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided me then.Today, I went in for an oil change (and my free tire rotation) and asked them to check my brakes and anything else that might need to be done. The associate Darrell was very honest and upfront about EVERYTHING. I was almost sure that I would need new brakes for all 4 wheels (since my vehicle has 57K miles on it) as well as some other things. He told me my brakes were fine but that my brake fluid needed to be flushed / replaced, so I had that service done in addition to my oil change. The total charges for everything were way less than any other place that I was quoted for these services.I also asked him about changing out the front / rear differential fluids and was quoted an extremely fair price on that as well. NTB has deservedly earned themselves a customer for life and I will bring my car to them for any service that I ever need. 5 stars all around.”
“I was referred to Loyds after having some pretty bad luck over the last few months with car issues and wanted somewhere that I could trust. I can honestly count on one hand how many reviews I have left in my lifetime but I don’t think there is one more deserving than Loyds. Not only does he do good, quick, and honest work .. You can tell that he actually cares about what he does and wants to help you out which was confirmed when he followed up the next day after I picked up my car just to see how things were and make sure I was still satisfied! We took the car in around 10am, probably 3 weeks ago now, and when we got the call of what needed done a couple hours later we then had the car fixed by 4:30pm the same day. The guy there was super nice and helpful and informed us of Snap Loan. If accepted, it would help with the cost of fixing your car.Anyway really thought this place needed the shout out. They are great! Highly recommend!”
