“Took my car here nervously after going to the dealer for many years. AC had been replaced by Nissan in 2021 but was broken again a week after the 12 month warranty ended. Nissan said too bad, so sad. AC has remained broken since June of 2022. I made an appointment at Alfaro's for my yearly inspection since it was close and convenient and I asked them to also take a look at my AC. They not only took a look, but were able to figure out the (many) issues with Nissans AC Installation job just 3 years prior. Alfaro's replaced, repaired and fixed everything Nissan did a horrible, shoddy job on. Patrick stayed in contact and explained the issues and solutions so I could understand. Pricing was extremely reasonable and Alfaro's went above and beyond my expectations making sure the AC problem was resolved and running smooth. I 100% recommend this shop and can't thank them enough for finally resolving this nightmare.”
