“What a great Knowledgeable and easy to talk to fella, had a good experience at DTB radio today. Drove a few hours to get to see if he could repair an old connex 4300hp and had him do a little peak and tune on my SS 676. “My entertainment system went belly up in my 2019 VW bug that only has 23k miles on it. The VW dealership recommended I get an after market system as they could not even provide me when, or if, they could get the replacement system. They highly recommended RT Grimm. I was very pleased with their friendly service, and installation. They went above and beyond even taking time to show me how the new system operated. This one has CarPlay that I didn’t have before. Their price was also reasonable. I highly recommend them.”

I stopped and asked why. if I was not paying attention I would have been pissed and never visited again. pay attention to the online price vs the price in the store. but they did have what I needed so all is good.”
“Great diagnostic method. I followed his progress and he explained each test. Unfortunately, the pump replacement was the result and the cost for repair was not the best choice for us. He offered Sears a home service contract and explained the advantages but at our age we felt it was not the best choice for us. We would use Sears again for a diagnostic. Technician knew what he was doing, was tidy and efficient throughout the process.”

“Very quick communication and repair. My whole charging port and my screen protector needed replaced on my iphone and he was finished in about an hour. My interactions with the repairman were very pleasant and I think the price for the service was good.
