-Warm welcome when spoken too would go a long way in making customers feel welcome ( my personal experience was not warm on my first visit from the lady on the side when they take in laundry and provide a alteration service)

-Clothes alteration service very unique as you seldom see that service in Laundrymat that take in laundry

This facility has a app you can use to start the washer and the dryer very efficient

The staff here is very efficient. I saw a staff member come outside and pick up all of the trash that was on the parking lot. The exterior of the facility is as immaculately clean as the inside. I am extremely impressed.

I came here because the more Laundrymat at Carlisle Pike charge you one dollar to get a card to use the laundry machines. The money machine did not work. The parking lot was very tight and it just was not right for my needs. I will not go back there again.

Shout out to Wendy another staff member that I spoke with. She was very engaging very nice and made me feel warm and welcome. Makes up from the lady that I spoke to when I first came in this morning who barely said two words to me after I said good morning and told her how nice of a facility she this is so Wendy l thank you very much for your l engaging conversation. This laundromat has thought of everything to keep customers coming back.”

“Cheap laundromat, you can use coins or an app on your phone. Couple outlets to charge your phone and a tv. It does seem in need of some TLC as far as the interior goes. They keep the bathrooms clean atleast??”
