I didnt even get to use their services but I wanted to. My cat, Pokey, was very sick and it was her time. She ended up passing a few hours before we had an appointment. I was expecting a cancelation fee but they told me they dont do that.

Everyone who helped us say goodbye to our pup was so kind & caring. Really thankful we were able to say goodbye at home & they handled everything for a reasonable price. ❤💔🌈
