Team One Auto Group is a locally owned and operated Towing and Auto Repair Shop in the Mechanicsburg Area. The business has received positive reviews from customers who have visited for services such as inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations. Customers have praised the shop's friendly and professional staff, who take the time to explain issues with the vehicle and provide transparent recommendations. One customer, a woman, expressed appreciation for the staff's respectful and informative approach, noting that they did not pressure or try to swindle her, unlike her past experiences with other dealerships and mechanics. Despite some minor issues, such as limited parking and a single check-in station leading to occasional wait times, the overall customer experience at Team One Auto Group has been highly praised. Customers have described the staff as "amazing" and "life savers," particularly for those who needed urgent assistance while traveling out of state. The shop's flexibility in scheduling appointments and willingness to listen to customers' concerns have also been highlighted as strengths.

These guys are absolutely amazing. From out of state and had to pull off the highway and find a place quick and these guys were able to squeeze us in and send us on our way. Our literal life savers, cannot recommend them enough!
