    I had an issue with my credit card and thought I'd go yo my local Chase branch.Glad I did. Friendly staff from the start with Robyn Hall Frick navigating me through fixing my issue in an easy going comfortable manner. The branch manager Joseph Ghobreyal greeted me as I was leaving.

    Meijiao Jiang was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly location. Everyone is always pleasant. The moronic negative review from Christine should be removed as she clearly is ignorant of the law requiring proof of ID when making certain payments to credit cards that have been in place since the Patriot Act.
