“This branch is located on a pad site that is sort of hidden in the Media Shopping Center at Baltimore Pike and Providence Rd/Rte 252. On one side of the cart way leading from Providence Rd is the Starbucks with the Santander on the other. This branch has a drive through but the drawer is very low so be prepared to have to teach way over and the down to reach the drawer.”
“Highly Recommended! KULUBO W. and MARIE were so very helpful and accommodating when my mother and I went into the back branch to get assistance acquiring past bank statements. They treated us like we were millionaires or bank owners. It took a long time to get them printed so we went for lunch in Media and cam back just before they closed. They were waiting for us..! I will ALWAYS remember such excellent customer service we received as never before at any bank branch that we were customers of; these two fine employees showed exemplary service towards us.
