“I came in to close an account my dad had me as a joint account holder on. He passed away in August. Mind you I’m not a Wells Fargo account holder on my own. Just walked in and met Elise at the teller area. She was so friendly and helpful and treated me like I came in there for years. She helped me out and then I went through the close process with Ahmadou and he was equally as friendly and helpful and provided me with some great information on WF savings accounts and rates and terms. Also treated me like I had been coming there for years. I’ve been with a local credit union for 20+ years but the savings account rates for new money are very enticing and I suggest anyone looking for a new bank to explore WF. Thank you Elise and Ahmadou for making the process easy for me and being sympathetic to my situation.”

“This branch is located on a pad site that is sort of hidden in the Media Shopping Center at Baltimore Pike and Providence Rd/Rte 252. On one side of the cart way leading from Providence Rd is the Starbucks with the Santander on the other. This branch has a drive through but the drawer is very low so be prepared to have to teach way over and the down to reach the drawer.”

I did not think my issue would be solved so quicky but the branch leader, Waverly, was caring and professional approach to handling this was so impressive to me.
