She didn’t just do the generic “im sorry for your loss” she asked me about the deceased, she asked about my family and actually engaged in conversation; she was absolutely so welcoming and empathetic all while making phone calls to get this process done for me. She made such a stressful task so easy for me and I can see why she is the manager. Wonderful personality. Thank you Ebony. The entire staff was lovely! “This branch is located on a pad site that is sort of hidden in the Media Shopping Center at Baltimore Pike and Providence Rd/Rte 252. On one side of the cart way leading from Providence Rd is the Starbucks with the Santander on the other. This branch has a drive through but the drawer is very low so be prepared to have to teach way over and the down to reach the drawer.”
