“I’m super happy to say that Dana from the State St. Media, PA, Edible location has been extremely responsive and helpful after I had an issue with some of the store staff. My mom had just passed away and an issue with delivery occurred and I called the store. After poor customer service from a staff member, I obtained assistance from the store owner, Dana, who sent a new bouquet (actually for my daughter from her friends due to her grandmother’s passing). Dana also assured me that no other customer should or would endure the treatment that I had (which was my main concern in actually contacting an owner). Dana was extremely compassionate and understanding during a hard time for our family. I strongly recommend this store as the owners obviously care about excellent customer service!!!
