This was my first time at this location. I was apprehensive, having a morbid phobia of getting blood work which I explained to Kay, the phlebotomist who drew my blood. She was absolutely fabulous! I barely felt the needle --- she was fast, gentle and very skilled! She made a fearful experience very easy for me!
