“Absolutely one of my favorite places. Downstairs is a wonderful toy store with each aisle crammed full of unique toys that you will not find elsewhere easily. Upstairs is a full on model railroad store. Has some great layouts to meander around, but also carries everything imaginable for trains and layouts. There really is so much to see. The staff is always helpful and super friendly. My children all love going there. On the visit the other day we didn't tell our 8 year old where we were going. When we pulled up you would have thought we were at a theme park giving away free ice cream and puppies. Just a great place all around. Update: still legit the best toy store ever!”
“I've been going to Lucky Duck Toys ever since I was maybe 4 years old. My grandma used to take me all the time to get birthday gifts for my cousins. They have an insane selection of nearly every kind of toy, stuffed animals, calico critters, etc. I used to go here often to get Needoh squishies before people online started buying all of them from the website, (😭) but I've now started going to get Smiskis for my collection. The workers are incredibly sweet and give as much info on restocks as they can, the little playing area in the back of the store is cute too if you need your kids out of the way while shopping. This is kind of weird but it also smells really good kind of like new books.”
“What a great store for kids and toddlers. Takes us back to childhood:) Amazing local store, staff is really nice and helpful. I read few reviews that staff didn't help. But there's another way to look at it. Many customers don't want to be bothered while they're still exploring store and products, so many staff let customer be themselves. If you need help all you've to do is ask for help!

“I have taken all of my kids to build the bears over the years multiple times. I just took my daughter for her first experience and I’m so glad Andy was there. He has a ton of enthusiasm and positive energy. My daughter enjoyed spending the time we did with him so grateful we will be back because of Andy.”
“We try to prioritize pre-loved/second-hand toys for our kiddo, but when going to children’s birthday parties where we know the parents would prefer new, we always pick up a gift here. We love supporting small, local businesses. They have an awesome selection and we usually have to drag our kiddo out because she wants to play with everything, ha. The store is organized very well and the employees are very warm and helpful. Lastly, they have a really cool option to purchase a gift bag for a few dollars (can’t remember the exact cost) and the full amount goes to a local animal nonprofit. We always choose that option.”
“Omg, where do I begin? My shopping experience at "Kids Sweet Repeats" was one of the most pleasant, helpful and inviting customer service moments. Not only was the customer service OUTSTANDING, but as was the product quality, selection and reasonable prices. I purchased like-new quality brands, such as North Face, Ralph Lauren, Gymboree, Gap and Abercrombie. You can tell the owners take pride in their product selection and business. “People were friendly 5 Below should be more like $16 and below because it's a total misnomer. Found what I needed. However the employee response when asking about something specific is usually "IF we have it, it would be with THAT stuff over there..." No one really knows what's there but... Meh”

“Love being greeted at the door. Loved the music and vibe while shopping.Not too fond of the self- checkout! Found out if you began to pay for your items and come up short, there's no way to refund your money or remove an item. Five Below needs to add this process to their self checkouts or bring back the registers operated by people!”

I had been looking for a specific cosmetics item, and she made sure it was ordered and even held it behind the counter for me because she remembered how much I wanted it. That level of care truly meant a lot.

“I purchased some new Warhammer model kits thru “Enter the Realm” on Facebook marketplace. He was a few bucks cheaper than all the other guys, didn’t push for anything extra, and was responsive and understanding of all my questions/concerns.
Very pleased with my transaction and would easily recommend him and his store to another. Btw I live in a different state than the store too.

“A good location with a decent amount of stock on display. Shop early because it's a popular store. My last visit was a bit aggravating since the cashier was talking a bit much and not focusing on the line building up in queue and everyone was getting aggravated. For some reason she was easily distracted by other issues around her and hard for her to focus on ringing a sale to completion without interruption. None of the self checkout registers were working unfortunately. Nonetheless, still one of my favorite stores.”

“Love this toy store, which is so much more than just toys. Curated and superior books, wooden and sustainability sourced games, and absolutely the best stuffed animals and soft baby gifts. My kids are teens now and we still find something every time we visit (hello cool paper sculpture kits, origami, lamps,
and temporary tatoos!). Last but not least, the Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hope they get more Professor Astrocat books soon!”
