Went to return the van, and access code didn’t work. Another person also returning their van tried their code and surprise surprise it didn’t work! Waiting over an hour with customer service trying to get ahold of someone to help but nothing. We both ended up leaving the vans in the driveway.

Place was very convenient, and the attendant (Mike) was more than helpful. GPS took us right past it and there is no U-HAUL sign until you are pulling into the storage lot.

Judy was an amazing help from start to finish... lining up a trailer for a move to Florida, following up with reservation details, and helping us with extra packing materials. She made a stressful process much much easier!

Horrible experience all the way through. Dishonest staff. Unhelpful area manager. Had to inspect the vehicle myself when I picked it up. The mileage was incorrect in the contract. To the company's benefit of course. When I returned the vehicle the staff member was too busy chatting with a friend to inspect the vehicle. Much to my surprise I receive my bill with a $25 cleaning fee, and I'm charged for the extra mile I reported was off when I picked it up. Called the location to dispute and the staff member told me she couldn't take off the charge for cleaning even though she was the one who put it on. Lied and stated there were cups and forks in the cab when I didn't even go to any places with food and put nothing in the cab. Then told me I could call the 800 # but they are very busy so they “might†call me back. When I called the 800 number I received the only helpful person who I interacted with through the experience, but she could not provide a resolution, only open a file for someone else to resolve. The area manager, Laura, called back to resolve- did not address the service issues and simply left a voicemail stating she would remove the cleaning fee. Didn't even read the file well enough to address the mileage issue. Called her and her response was useless as well. When I have to take time out of my day to call 3 times because your staff is lazy and dishonest, you should be doing something more to make it right! Don't trust this location- don't trust U-haul staff. As no one has bothered to do the right thing here, I want to make sure others know as well!

Wonderful employees, they will go over and above to try to make your move easier on you. Michael, for one, is exceptional at his job and goes beyond what Uhaul requires of him to meet his customers needs. Great place to get both storage and a truck!
