“Love this shop! I moved from Philly to Bryn Mawr and was excited to have a trendy thrift store with parking 3 minutes from my house! The music and atmosphere are great and I find it relaxing to browse around every few weeks and see what’s new. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly and the items span basic $3 bin stuff to higher-end name brand…all priced very fairly.I found a dress for my bridal shower, practically brand new high top Vans sneakers, cozy sweaters for winter, dress pants and a top for a holiday party. “Neat, well-organized and great selection of various items from jewelry to baby strollers! Lots if quality clothing for women-my interest and cool, trendy stuff for my high school grand daughter. Gentleman working there was helpful, gracious and efficient! I just took 4 bags of my retired work clothes there so their racks are very full. Everything is in top quality shape!”

“I'm not sure what price complaints are about. I found a flawless Jos Banks tux (won't need a single alteration) for $60. On a whim I decided to look for formal shoes and they happened to be on half price sale. A pair of all-leather Italians that listed for $6-700 in stores were $5.00 (like new.) Maybe men's stuff is cheaper here?”

“Surrey consignment shop is one of those places I’ve been going to for years. I realized I had never left a review after I had been in the other day.There are always so many cool things to look at in this place and the stock rotates a lot because things are priced to sell. Funds raised go towards the nonprofit which runs the store, Surrey Services. Surrey provides all sorts of amazing care and services to senior citizens.The store is staffed by volunteers. So those lovely older ladies you see when you go in are ALL volunteers.It’s a really nice experience to go in there even if you don’t find anything because the store is welcoming and so is the staff. And if you are a vintage and antique treasure hunter like me, it is an awesome spot to find something you might not have known you were looking for—— or a gift!Some of my favorite things that I always find there is cool, vintage jewelry, and I have found a couple of my favorite straw hats there and I love vintage purses. Also rugs and furniture. Specifically chairs. I often have chair envy when I’m in there looking for stuff. Wishing I had more room but I don’t.Anyway check it out!”

“I stopped in the store for something else... had no idea it was a consingment / ebay store. While chatting I saw a novelty item sellling for $50. I really wanted it so I'm like here's my $50 and was ready to take it off their hands. However, another person had reserved it although they hadn't been back to get it. So he did not sell it to me. I thought that was honorable. It had been a long while so he could have easily sold it to me and just given the other buyer their deposit back.”

I recently dropped off some pieces and received a call from Joanne and Toni (the owner) that a pair of jeans were bought and the client found money in the pocket of the jeans. The honestly of their cliental to report finding money in the pocket and the owner/workers insisting to returning the money to me was so amazing.
