“I called because I got a $10 charge on my debit card, for a $4.50 wash. Owner answered the phone, explained the system overage and answered any questions. I appreciated the personal service. The charge was just a hold on the money that the bank does, not a charge. Everything worked out fine. The car wash payment system is far more convenient than quarters, and the wash system is better than any other competitors in the area. The Mercer location is my preferred place to wash. Good job! Thanks for the help.”
