Justin called me back when he realized I was not on the phone and was able to walk me through locating some adjustments on my saw. Saw is running like a top now. Justin's expertise and knowledge was outstanding seeing as he didn't even have the model saw in his store to reference as he was helping me. Would recommend his service to anyone!
