“I've been going to Liberty Auto & Tire since 2012 and have done so because of their repeated integrity, quality of work, and friendliness. The last couple of years with Mac as the new owner has been no exception.
On my most recent inspection, I also asked that they review a list of concerns brought to my attention by a local oil change shop. They checked each item, provided a detailed cost estimate for each repair separately, and made helpful suggestions like replacing my serpentine belt last, because of other existing fluid leaks that could contaminate the brand new belt.
Ultimately, they were able to knock out the whole list in a single day and get my car back in great shape. It's much easier to mentally accept a large repair bill when you know you're not fixing things that don't really need it, and I have never thought that the labor time billed was even close to excessive.
