I’ve eaten a lot more bacon since I’ve been raising my own and getting R M. to cure it. There’s no place out there that can beat home raised pork that RM has cured.”

“Excellent meat and cheese products. Their smoked cheese is the best I've ever eaten. From what I understand, their ingredients are pretty natural as well if you are concerned about antibiotics and GMO feed for health reasons. Their products are sold at several other stores, so be sure to check out their website for those locations if you are not local to the Middleburg area.”
