Fed Ex did it again, said they tried to deliver a package but said no one was home - the driver in Northern Dauphin is so full of it. Don't buy tickets from Stub Hub - they use Fed EX. I'm so Fed UP

This is the worst experience I ever had.They were supposed to ship me 4 tires.The driver only gave me 3.The other tire was sitting up there for the last 2 days.They made no attempt to send it to me.They completely screwed me.Customer service is horrible.Your guys's service is horrible

The absolute worst place. I truly do not understand how every time I order a package from a company that uses fedex my package ends up placed on the wrong truck and is not delivered to my home. I always have to spend hours on the phone with customer service to find out where my delivery is, and it’s always the same thing “it was accidentally placed on the wrong route; but don’t worry, we’ll fix it & you’ll have it tomorrow!” Doesn’t tomorrow come and it’s the same mistakes. I end up having to call and have the delivery rerouted to a pick up location instead. Horrible customer service and customer experience.

FedEx Ground Driver took out my mailbox making a u-turn on my residential street. Neighbors witnessed the whole thing and tried to stop him. He was busy chatting on his phone and took off. I made this 2 star because the CS rep was very nice and helpful. Waiting on a call from the station manager and I'm expecting this gets resolved quickly, but will report to DOT if I needed.

Since FedEx won't handke the situation with driver Mohammed (Roundtop Road, Middletown) we have to call the police at this point. Withholding mail/packages is a federal offense. He currently has stolen/withholding my sons birthday present! Disgusting. Where is management?!

Driver constantly ignores delivery instructions, leaves packages at the end of my driveway (4 have been stolen), medications have been ruined sitting out in the sun, packages ruined by rain, and to top it all, today he/she left a package in the rain at the end of my NEIGHBORS driveway and recorded the delivery as being left on my front porch. Driver can’t read numbers on a mailbox, doesn’t follow delivery instructions and lies.

This company operating under FedEx is not one I’d recommend. They fail to follow instructions and never answer or return calls. I made two seperate trips for pickup to leave empty handed. This was after making arrangements.Each trip was 45 minutes one way.Why follow their tag instructions if they can’t follow it themselves? Terrible.

Literally at the the ground pick up location, I can’t pick up the package because it’s not between 8am-11am or 4pm-6pm they also don’t explain that over the phone I had to call several times to get someone who completely understood my problem I was having. I drove 40 miles here and another location and they will not allow me to get it. Otherwise I will lose my package. I am over the entire situation. If you order a phone or anything they have to deliver do your best to request UPS. Overall experience is stressful ?

We ordered an item that was coming from California. And was supposed to arrive in Pennsylvania. It was supposed to take no longer than a week or what did this idiot company? Do they completely lost it they didn’t know where God to they said how big is it? I said you then you must be brain dead because they didn’t even know what it was, so we decided to pay money good money we should never had to do this and have it shipped UPS and it actually showed up two days early. Now you see how bad this company is it can’t even ship anything correctly

Wishing I could give a 0. Package was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Still waiting on said package. I’ve called every day to get my package delivered and they always say it will be delivered by end of the day. I hope I never have to use FEDEX as a delivery service again.This is the second time in a month that this has happened to me.
