Shelly was my piercer and she was great: very personable, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and fun! I was really impressed with the attention to detail throughout the process, from aftercare instructions to the material and make of the jewelry. I was especially pleased with the level of cleanliness: Shelly probably changed gloves five or six times throughout the process and ensured everything was sterilized. I was assisted immediately by the owner who had a great selection and within minutes the band I selected was installed on my watch. And for a great price. Probably less cost than Boscov's. On Google Maps their location says it’s on the other side of the mall but if you walk out of Boscovs and take a right at the small stand that advertises for Kay you’ll find them down the hall. The mall may look empty but I wouldn’t go to another Kay. They have amazing deals, friendly staff, great financing, and moral support. I’m so glad I didn’t go somewhere else”

I’m not sure if Joel (the owner) knows it, but I’ve been coming to him for about 30 years. Back then, he had a small jewelry store on Market St in Lemoyne. I followed him from there to his current location on Jonestown Rd, Colonial Park. I’ve trusted him with all my jewelry needs for a really long time! If you try any of the big jewelry chains first, and then visit The Gem? The difference between the two is incredible! I came to him last week with a diamond I received and asked for a custom 14 kt gold setting to put it in. Joel spent a lot of time with me, making sure the setting complemented the diamond and that the band width fit my hand perfectly. I picked this up today and I am just blown away!”
