“We had Jennica out after our Havapoo ran away for the 4th time. She fit us in quickly and gave lots of great education about our fence options. We ended up using the GPS collar. Ernie came out and provided training for us, and after a few weeks our dog was successfully trained and respecting his boundaries! Ernie and Jennica helped us along the way with the few (user error) issues we had, and it was a great experience. Our lives, and the life of our sweet dog, is so much better for our experience with Invisible Fence. Highly recommend.”

“Cameron did my dog’s grooming yesterday, and let me tell you she’s the absolute BEST! My boy came in filthy, and I’ve been to plenty of groomers who couldn’t handle him or rushed through the job. Not Cameron! She took her time, treated him with such care, and when she was done, I couldn’t believe it. He didn’t just look amazing, he didn’t have any odor at all. Not even that usual “clean dog” smell just fresh and neutral, like magic. I don’t know what kind of sorcery she worked back there, but I’m beyond grateful.

“Lost my niece briefly in the store today. After panicking when I couldn’t find her and she wasn’t responding, I went to the front. The manager and her team immediately went over the intercom with a code Adam. They took it very seriously. My niece had wandered off and was in the opposite corner of the store, looking for me. They had multiple staff members cover different areas of the store. I was very grateful to them and they had good training on that type of situation.”
“Every Year I get a Cake from Just Four Dogs for my puppy and throw a dog party. It is a blast and the dogs love the cake. I typically go with a Bacon and Cheese cake with a peanut butter icing. My Dog even blows out the candles every year!”
“Today my kids and myself had a GREAT experience at in store! We went in for a Gecko for my 12 year old daughter and the sales associate Ethan helped us with the process from start to finish! He was awesome and knowledgeable, for sure a people person. We had a lot of questions and although the store was busy he answered each one with patience and kindness. “My daughters and I visited the Little Paws dog shop and we played with the puppies. The staff there was knowledgeable and friendly to us. The store was clean and tidy and the puppies were so cute?. You got to come into their play pen and play with the puppies. All in all it was a pleasant experience.”

“I’m not even blaming this store, but I will blame Tractor supply online for only given them four stars. This store this manager 10 out of 10 awesome group of people awesome manager but the online service services during this 2025 Thanksgiving holiday online did me dirty. After trying to place my order five different times. They had me go to three different stores three different times for pick ups sent the one Package to this store a day early so I checked my emails today knowing that they return packages three days after it makes it to the store, but my three days had already passed because they sent it to the store a day early so I lost the Purchase. Now the other seven shirts that I did order for Family for Christmas gifts not for myself are in limbo with FedEx and I fear they might not even come on the specified date. Will I get any notification or will these be returned as well but this store in Harrisburg Jonestown Road awesome group of people thank you for all the great years.”

“I highly recommend training classes at this Petsmart! Unlike some other stores that just have random teenagers leading classes, the trainer here is a very experienced, very friendly lady named Stephanie. Her classes are focused on positive reinforcement for good behavior rather than punishments for bad behavior which I love, and my dog loves it too!”

“Thank you Kimber for helping me find the best food for my fur baby!I placed a pick up order, and she went out of her way to talk with me, and help me choose a dog food that could help alleviate my dog’s itchiness. She was knowledgable and explained what is a good versus filler ingredient. She went even further to help me find a waterless cat shampoo option, that would keep both my cat and I, comfortable and safe. I have felt like overall people everywhere have been kinda jaded and defeated lately.However, Kimber’s kindness and helpful nature really helped me see that there are still kind people out there. “Friendly service. Have lots of stuff. But they don't carry very many sweaters or coats for animals when it gets really cold outside. Nothing really to write home about. But other than that, it's a normal PetSmart and the people were friendly”

“I have been taking my 16 year old dog to Stacey for many years. She and Katie are excellent with the dogs and take great care of them. I also have a one year old dog that has gone to them since her baby days. My dogs are always so happy to see them. They truly care about the dogs and do a great job. They are really nice people too!”
