“Went to our local post office just to drop off some mail. Their printers were down at that time. That can cause issues for a lot of people. Sometimes there's a long line to wait as they have one counter open sometimes. But employee wise, they've always treated me nice.”

One gentleman that works there who is usually the one there when we come in even went out of his way to go find more lollipops one time we came in and the little dish was empty. “So very polite and helpful. I moved to the area in January and it is wonderful to have a post office where the workers actually want to help you! I have been there twice and both times in and out within 5 minutes. Truly a gem from the federal government.”
“This office is absolutely fantastic at what they do. I called about halting a package at the post office instead of having it delivered because I had to leave on a business trip before the mail would arrive. Not only were they able to track down and stop the package while it was in transit, which is a miracle in and of itself with how complicated our mailing infrastructure is, but they didn’t even charge me for it! I was expected a Package Intercept fee but because all I needed was it held, she gave me the package, I asked if there was a fee, the woman just smiled and said “no, have a great rest of your day!” And that was that. Definitely a 10/10 experience and hope others have similarly positive experiences.
Devun, or mailman for as long as I can remember, is also super friendly, very efficient at his job and always delivers on time, even with packages. Props to Devun for being a great guy!”

Clerk 9, the Egyptian fellow everyone seems to have a problem with, is especially helpful when I come in with an armful of packages and a mix of printed labels and QR codes. He double checks that the right things are getting their proper labels, which I appreciate.”

“My experience yesterday was great. I left this office & realized I hadn’t taped the return boxes shut. Because I’m used to how ups doesn’t always use the box u bring it in. I called them frantically. It was over $ 100.00 in lip stick. They found the 3 boxes & taped them shut for me. I am so grateful. Plus I always find the clerks to be very knowledgeable no matter what the transaction. Thank you Roy for all your help. He even called me to say it was taken care of.”
