This was my first time coming to FedEx to use their self service printer and between the challenges with that, and the discrepancy in a quote I received, I was ready to walk out without what I needed. However, I’m HAPPY to leave 5 stars solely because of the manager, Wayne! He was so empathetic and listened to my experience and how displeased with the initial interaction I was.
