“Dr. Bilder recently helped us say goodbye to our very loved cat Riley. It was very unexpected as we didn't know what was going on with Riley as she suddenly declined. The staff there allowed my husband the time to get my mom and I there. Dr. Bilder answered all our questions and walked us through the process. It was one of the most difficult things we have had to do and everyone there was so nice and helpful.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this vet. Dr Whalen was so good in helping my with my little hospice kitty Lily. She was willing to remove the cancer on her chin when I was not having success getting my other vet to take the lesion seriously. Lily was the sweetest little cat and the staff at Susquehanna were so kind to me and patient with her care. Lily was happy to the end even though she went through so much and they helped me keep her comfortable. She had a really good month before she passed away. They sent a card to me as well and that meant so much to me. I have been meaning to send a card to them but I buried myself in work and tried to keep going after she died. Instead I finally decided to leave a review and tell everyone what wonderful people work there. I can’t thank you all enough - all the best ❤️”

“Very friendly veterinarian. My siamese cat was very very sick and they got him in that same day. Unfortunately, he couldn't be saved as he was dying from kidney failure. But they were kind and sensitive and didn't rush my last few mins w him. The process are average for a Veterinarian. They have more than one vet here, but evry veterinarian I have seen, has been great.”

“Had a great 1st checkup with my cat Loki. Dr. Crescenzi took her time to sit with me and discuss my cats health, what lab work was run, the vaccines he was updated on, trimmed his nails during the visit and removed some plaque build up on one of his teeth. Her staff was also very kind and knowledgeable. I can't see taking him anywhere else. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares for animals.”

“The best! We drove almost 5 hours to Dr. Pierdon's clinic, and it was absolutely worth it. He listens, cares, and is extremely communicative about his thoughts on what's going on as well as the results from testing. He quickly pinned down a serious ongoing issue we had been having and developed a supplement and vaccine protocol specific to our hogs and operation. Further, the rest of the staff is A+++ in helpfulness and customer service. Not only did we learn A LOT and fix the issue...we also drastically improved our operation with Dr. Pierdon's help. All the while, we were treated as if we had been long term clients through the whole process and they handled our case professionally and with a sense of urgency. The whole experience was meaningful and rewarding for us, especially after we had gone in circles for months. You cannot go wrong using Pierdon Swine Services. We will make the trip any day. “I have been a customer for just about two years now. My two cats and dog all love the staff here, as do my husband and I. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I know when I bring my animals in or call in with questions that I am always in good hands and I can trust that they have my pets best interest in mind. My animals do not fight me when we go to the vet. They get excited when they get there. I think that says a lot. I really appreciate everything that Elizabethtown Animal Hospital does for our family and our furbabies. I also NEVER feel hassled, or pressured, or upsold on anything. I feel like their prices are extremely reasonable and fair compared to other places in the area.”
“It takes a special person to care for our fur babies, and Dr. Salli as well as every member of his team has what it takes. The level of compassion he and his team showed my 17 year old kitty Oscar during his cancer battle was nothing short of perfect. When it came time to euthanize him, Dr. Salli and his team couldn’t have been more professional and caring not only toward Oscar, but also to me. They made a very difficult situation a little more bearable, and you can’t put a price on that. I would drive 500 miles to have Dr. Salli care for my animals. A heartfelt “Thank you” to Dr. Salli and his team for doing what you do with the upmost love and care!”
“I've been bringing my dog Mya here for about two years and she loves her vet visits. She's a bit of a celebrity among the staff. It's very difficult to get an urgent appointment, but I think that's just the state of vet clinics in general. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Even the cat doesn't mind going.”
“Only a 24hour operation on the weekend. I called on a weekday just as they closed and I was happy someone answered the phone. Great service! I didn’t need an appointment so I went as soon as they opened 10am. They were very caring and informative, treated my dog and gave me everything I needed for aftercare and a few friendly tips on adding things to his diet. I’m glad this place is nearby and won’t hesitate to return if another emergency pops up. I would say pricing is average but everything is done in one location so I’m not dissatisfied at all.”
“Today my kids and myself had a GREAT experience at in store! We went in for a Gecko for my 12 year old daughter and the sales associate Ethan helped us with the process from start to finish! “The staff here was a lot of help. They helped us with our dog who was extremely bloated and had to be drained. Gave us great direction as to where to get the procedure done. Then a few months later helped get her on the right track to control her health problems. Such love and attention is given here. We will definitely be back whenever our furry family members need attention.”
