456 Chestnut St, MifflinburgToday I finally had the chance to stop by The Pattie Wagon, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Campfire Smash: cheddar, caramelized onions, jalapeños, beans, and pattie mayo; paired with a side of broccoli salad and cucumber salad. I had originally asked to leave the beans off, but Casey & Isaiah encouraged me to keep them, and I’m so glad I listened. They absolutely knew what they were talking about, the flavors came together perfectly. It’s truly special to see something like this open in our town, especially when it’s created by passionate local friends. The quality, care, and creativity shine through in every bite. I’d call it premium comfort food at its finest. We’re so excited to have this addition to our community and will definitely be back.
