Recently, Sam was extremely helpful and informative. From our experience, they go over and above to help their customers, but we tend to go earlier in the day and on weekdays when they are not overly busy.

My Nervous-Nelly-German-Shepherd is difficult to handle in a home shower without a spray nozzle and a bathtub is fun until it’s not. The groomers are always booked weeks out and I usually wait but Mozzy got into something stinky and he wasn’t going to be happy sleeping in a room alone. If you know anything about GSDs, if the shepherd isn’t happy, no one sleeps.

They called me once my kitty was out of surgery and reassured everything went great!
Even followed up the day after to check how our cat was doing.

My wife and daughter both had their own pizzas, me I had the Cajun pastas little confused on why they offered pico de gallo in it but they easily and gladly held it on my order. Me and my family will be back.
