“After a traumatizing experience at a different vet due to too much anesthesia and my dog going into cardiac arrest as a result, a neighbor recommended Green Lane for future services. My dog is not the easiest to take to the vet, as she hated the old vet touching her. She had better results at Green Lane when we took her in for check ups, as she let the vets touch her and was friendly towards them. The ladies are all very sweet and helpful with answering questions. When it came time for a needed surgery, Dr. Neff was empathetic and understood our family's anxiety about our dog going under and did provide recommendations for specialty hospitals to weigh out some options for treatment. I was not a fan of the 2 I checked out, so I consulted again with Dr. Neff. She was very confident in working on my dog, and out of the other speciality hospitals I interviewed, she was the only one who was able to go into detail on her anesthesia process during surgery. We felt better taking her in this time as we were given pre-meds. The surgery went very smooth, and I was so happy when she called me to give me good news. I will recommend Green Lane to anyone who asks, and deeply appreciate everything they did for my dog. Fees are also very reasonable for all of the services they provide. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything! You are the best!”
“By far the best experience I had at the Vet. From fronts desk, to nurse, to the vet, they were all so friendly! It helped keep my anxiety down for my cat because I thought something major was wrong with her. I love that they tell you the price upfront and let you decide if you can do or not. “I took my dwarf hamster to get her nails done. I was really nervous that she never heard her nails done before. They did really good with her cut her nails. I’m really good service. They only charge me $18 for her nails and I will come back to them again to get her nails done in the future. Thank you for all for cutting her nails it look better. “Rockhill is such a gem! I have had many doctors here over the years and they have all gone above and beyond. The staff is always friendly, quick to return a call, send a prescription, and most of all just willing to listen. I can't thank them enough for their time and compassion. We live out of town and will gladly drive an hour and a half to be seen here.

“Unfortunately I had to say my goodbyes (my see you soon) to my precious boxer yesterday. Everyone there was so nice and patient with my baby and myself. They sure made such a hard decision as easy as possible for her and for me. They made her so happy with treats and talking to her making her comfortable with them touching her. I never left her side for one second, they worked around me. I was never asked to move aside, in fact the one girl said “ you stay with her I can squeeze in small spaces “ after I asked if she needed me to move. I highly recommend them, so sweet and they don’t take you for everything you own. May God bless each and everyone that I came in contact with there yesterday. “My border collie was having issues walking. They were able to have me come in within a few hours of my call. Being a new patient they accepted me in with my dog. Both the receptionist and the doctor we're very cordial and polite. The prices for reasonable for an office visit and medication. I would recommend them if you have the need for veterinarian. One thing I did find out, they will not take an animal if it's not spayed or neutered.”
