“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Trevor! I had been dreading going back to this particular Verizon store because of several less-than-great experiences with other employees in the past, but I finally decided to give it another try today and I’m so glad I did.

Trevor completely changed my opinion of this location. From the moment he helped me, he was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. He made the entire experience easy and comfortable, and his customer service was truly above and beyond.

What impressed me even more was watching him help two other customers while he was assisting me. Somehow, he managed to be completely attentive to all of us without making anyone feel rushed, forgotten, or like we were waiting on him. He made each of us feel like we were his number one priority, which is such a rare quality in customer service. He handled everything so smoothly and professionally while still being personable and genuinely engaged with each customer.

Trevor deserves the utmost recognition for the level of service he provides and for what he brings to this store. It’s employees like him who make such a huge difference in whether a customer chooses to come back.
