The Russel Cellular / Verizon in Mill Hall, offers the best customer service of any other Verizon store I have ever been to. They listen to what your needs are and take care of them without trying to up-sell.

Cody at Russell Verizon cellular in Mill Hall - was there to help me get back online after my cell phone took a fall and made the screen unreadable. Working alone in the evening - and often working with multiple customers (as needed) - he nevertheless made good (and quick) decisions about how to move each customer ahead to save, repair, or purchase a phone - and I am grateful.

Cody helped me figure out how to upgrade my phone when the battery started to die right before it was to be paid off. He was very professional and thorough with making sure I understood what would be changing with my plan. When I came to pick up the new phone and get everything transferred Andrew helped me. He was extremely helpful and even stayed after closing to transfer everything to the new phone. He was very professional about that and when we realized my phone was going to take longer than another hour, he showed me how to do it at home myself, as per my request. There was a computer issue with the trade in credit and when I went back to see Cody he fixed everything right up. Both of these men have great customer service skills and made my experience with Verizon a happy one.

The staff there was terrific especially Mike (which is who I worked with personally). There was some miscommunication which was partially my own fault, but everything was made as right as it could be at that point. This is not the closest Verizon store to my location, but it’s certainly the one I will use from here on out. Would certainly recommend
