“Super cool to have this store in Bellevue! And to have a manga dedicated store in Pittsburgh!! Beyond great selection of manga. And very nice selection of stationary, and artist supplies. I can’t help myself when it comes to stationary and I loved having many cute options to choose from. I’m personally not into plushies or figures, but they did have a great selection of both. I can’t express how kind and knowledgeable the staff are! Very friendly and helped me make a great decision on a gift. I will definitely be back once I finish the books I got for myself. 10/10 experience. And there seems to be a lounge to hangout it to read your purchases and I love that for the community.”

“Christina was amazing! She was so great with my pick-up order and the intricacies/ challenges that go along with yarn dye lots and matching self striping yarn patterns. As a former Retail Store Manager myself, I can definitely say Christina is everything an exceptional Store Manager should be. She was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable, through the entire process, and made my return and exchange absolutely painless. She took a situation one would expect to be difficult and turned it into a wonderful customer experience with her expertise, excellent solutions, kindness, and understanding. “I take advantage of the curbside pickup, because if I went in, more money would be spent. This is a great service, and I am very rarely disappointed with anything that Joann's does. Your clerks are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of there way to help. Sale items are frequent and I crochet for an outreach center, and always get a good deal on great yarn. So thanks Joann's!
