“I'm not 100 percent if she's new but the blonde girl down there is so friendly and nice both times I've gone in and she was working her service was exceptional today I went in they didn't have pizza she seen me and my son about to walk out and she stopped us asked what we were looking for and I told her pizza but they were out she stopped what she was doing and went and made us fresh pizza and the other time I went in with my son I was so disorganized I couldnt find my card it was lost in the abyss of my backpack she was so patient and friendly about it even tho I was holding up the line I usually don't right reviews but I wanted to make sure something was said atleast about that specific employee”

“The best. They get you in and out. Great service, great mechanics. HONEST PEOPLE & FAIR PRICES.
UPDATE: prices are starting to get a bit expensive. As much money as they make and as a continuous/consistent returning customer, the service is not as good as it was before. I was told they didn't do welding on mufflers, and they sent me down the street to another shop. Which was fine. But then I went back for an oil change and was asked about my muffler situation, which about a month apart, and all of a sudden, now they can repair mufflers. He ordered the exhaust for me, but I never went back to get the job done. He was overcharging me for the work. I ended up going to master muffler and received a way better deal and waited for my car that was done an hour. My opinion they are just being greedy at this point. I haven't been back since then. And I was loyal to flynns tires. I guess things are always good in the beginning. Never again.”

“I found this place through a coupon mailer sent to my house. My only complaint is that it advertised a $59.99 full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, but of course there were other fees. Why not give the whole price up front? Other than that, no complaints. I made an appointment online, dropped off the car, and returned at my leisure. Everything went smoothly and well.”

“I recommend Walter's to all of my friends in the city. Walter is an incredibly resourceful mechanic and the prices are always reasonable. He gives a call before he makes any repairs and is patient in going over the options. I've had inspections done here, as well as odds and ends that have come up. One of the services my car needed involved welding, and he got his welder on the job in no time. Turn around is also very reasonable based on service. This is coming from a mechanic's daughter, no less.”

“I have used glenshaw auto for a year or 2 now. They have always had excellent customer service. They explain everything to you clearly and are open to answering all questions with great patience. Today, I had an urgent issue and they were able get me in and fix it in the same day( the day before they close for the Christmas holiday). Mariah was amazing and kind and saved the day along with the rest of the staff there.”
“Ron came to a rental property I own to remove an abandoned car from the driveway. He was extremely friendly and helpful and quoted me an excellent price for the work. Even though the removal included some unforeseen obstacles, Ron never ceased to have a positive attitude and provided exemplary customer service. I highly recommend him for any towing related service.”
“I came in to get my brakes replaced. Sam was very helpful. He took my safety and my vehicle's safety very seriously. He provided service immediately when I arrived at the shop and was able to have the parts I needed delivered within 30 mins, all for a much more reasonable price than I would expect at other auto shops.
Safe to say, I'll be coming whenever my Corolla's giving me problems!”

“Was on my way to an important event that I was leading, and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. While getting gas, noticed a nail in my tire. Swung by Mr Tire for help and explained the urgency of getting it repaired quickly. The manager was wonderful, even called his mechanic to see if he could arrive sooner, as only one mechanic was working. He did arrive about 10 minutes early for his shift. He was able to patch my tire and after an hour, I was on my way. I watched the mechanic and he gathered various tools from different locations, and also paused several times to get on his iPad. I don’t know the process and protocols, but I have to say that it appeared very inefficient. I have had tire patches before and it took other shops less than 10 minutes to get the job done. I’m grateful for the service of these two, but I think management should reevaluate a few things to create greater efficiency which would lead to greater customer satisfaction, more customers being served, and repeat business.”

How many times have you been told you need brakes and rotors? rotors typically last thru several sets of brake pads when changed as needed and not abused. you wont pay more then you have to here Trust me. We have been here a few times for inspections over the years, as well as needing repairs for bearings, brakes and rotors. They are ALWAYS so kind and courteous, and their pricing is always reasonable.
I would trust sending anyone to them for work, and we definitely will return anytime we might need them in the future.

Dan was very good at communicating about the car and they worked seamlessly with the Enterprise up the street and Nationwide to help get my rental car dropped off. Fixed car in less than a week too. 12/10 recommend.”
