“I stopped in today to look for a part for my Dodge Dakota, they happened to have the matching part in a Durango, but the Durango was sitting on its axles on the ground. I came back down to the office, and asked the nice woman at the counter if she could have someone lift the Durango for me while I went to get my tools, she said no problem. I returned 30-40 minutes later, tools in hand, and the Durango was already lifted, nice and high too so I wouldn’t have to squeeze under it. Got my parts I needed and was in and out in 30 minutes, and the parts were cheap too. Jared, the man working the yard, even gave me a ride back down to the office. Excellent experience, excellent customer service, just great all around. If I’m ever in need of anything again, I will be happily returning; 5 stars.”
“When my mother's car failed inspection due to rusted muffler support brackets, she was reluctant to have the place that she was at perform the repair because the prices was unreasonable. Instead, Ashland Body Works fixed her up with new brackets and a bit of welding, reinspected the car, and made her day.”
“Not knowing that someone had backed or try to pull to a spot next to my CRV and shifted my fender. Wan’t sure if we can fix it by ourselves. Brought it down to the shop just to get a rough estimate because we weren’t sure what it entailed behind it and I believe his name is Tim or Tom?? Sorry bad with names. He took care of it on the spot with just unscrewing the bolts/rivets and then popping it back into place. We appreciate it and sorry it was crappy out while you were fixing it. I would recommend them always. You earned our trust.”
“Today, I had my first and surely not the last experience here. I would highly recommend this place even if you don't know much about cars. I really did enjoy a fresh up of what cars from the 50s and 60s looked like in person. It definitely felt like I walked into 1967 when I walked through out the yard. They were very polite and generous staff members, and they were easy to talk to. Although it wasn't sorted, it was really cool. And what can I say it's a salvage yard. It can be hard to organize a place this big.”

“This man is an ANGEL!!! 100% goes above and beyond. Rebuild my whole tire, arms etc. Came to a road block and towed my vehicle to someone who was an expert in electrical work at no cost. while that was happening my other car left me stranded on Gordon MT. I had a stranger drive to him and ask him to come tow me, his tow-truck was busy but he called up another company who came took my car and fixed the problem all for less than $500.00. “I've been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years I always have a good experience with them. Recently they just adopted this new service where they pick up your vehicle perform the service and deliver it I thought I would give it a try and my brand new vehicle with 280 mi on it came back with a scratch at the driver's door! I did not bother to report it because it would have been a he said she said sort of situation I had the vehicle repaired .their service is top notch however I would recommend driving the vehicle there yourself.”

“Needed a new battery for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. Was greeted by Kyle, the manager, as soon as I walked in. I told him I thought I needed a battery and he said he wanted to load test it first. He did the test and it showed I did in fact need a battery. Within minutes I was checked out and he was outside, in the rain, installing my new battery. He was quick to get me in (within next few days of calling) and only took about 2 and a half weeks to finish. Was great with communication and the work he did!
