“I called Peter after reading another reviewer who was buying a car from out of town. I was also coming from out of state to buy a reconstructed car. I needed a local mechanic to go over the car for me before I drove 3 hours to buy it. In this case, I arranged for Peter to help the seller by performing the enhanced inspection for him (since it was still salvage). Then while he had the car I had him go over additional items and test drive it for me. Peter was awesome! Called me several times to see specifically what I wanted him to check and then reported what he found. He texted me pictures of the repaired areas as well. His receptionists were very knowledgeable too and assisted along the way. His price was very reasonable, and in the end it worked out for me to make the trip to buy the car after the rebuilt title came back. The seller and I met at his shop and he showed me in person some of the things he found earlier. His office did the title paperwork and transit tag for me as well and notorized my bill of sale. Great service, honest evaluation and very good price. Thank you Peter for your help!”

“We just purchased a new to us travel trailer from Tom Schaeffer this weekend. Our sales person Gabby was so great. She didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything, she showed us everything we wanted to see, was completely transparent and friendly. When we picked up, the team was incredibly thorough. Tom was the gentleman who showed us all the features and functionality of the camper. He took his time, was funny and knowledgeable. I could tell he really wanted to make sure we were happy and don’t have any questions left unanswered. Then there was a team who helped us with hookup and made sure everything was correct and safe. When we left, we felt so much more at ease knowing that we had the professionals give us the ok. When I saw the camper for the first time I could tell it might need a bath, which Gabby said the detail team would do before we picked up. “This repair shop is unlike any that I have ever experienced. We travel 5 months a year, much of the time driving. Passing through Reading, my old home town, it was time for an oil change. Our Honda CRV has 62 thousand miles and also in need for a thorough checkup and this is exactly what they offered. They found a number of issues and promptly took of them. The employees, their communication, their efficiency and organization are exceptional. I found the whole experience a pleasure.”

We were given a time the next day. Service was performed by a professional and courteous staff. Very pleased at the service and price provided. We would use them again. The photo is off the old tire that was replaced.”
“went there once, but now they are my only garage. honesty is such a big thing with mechanics. one another place tried to charge me for the book rate when I brought my own parts vs how long it took them to do it, which was their policy. These guys are very honest.and if you ask for an estimate on the phone they are really good with it. no beating around the bush, hey I don't know it depends on how long it takes, they actually know most jobs how long they take right from their head. that's real knowledge.yes, there is a week wait, but the prices are very very reasonable for labor. and they aren't working on 3 cars at once charging you a longer time and more money for someone else's repair.If they are my only garage and I drive German cars only, that says something. To have knowledgeable mechanics that know how to service European cars, and only charge you for how long it takes, and the techs./ mechanics are quick workers. it matters and it shows. thanks guys. I always bring my own parts fluids bc it's cheaper and I wouldn't be able to drive German cars if I didn't do that. Now, especially in this Brandon crappy economy, they still have reasonable rates where other gauges like mavis, are going to $140 an hour, others in area going to $90., $100 an hour, and taking their time on purpose to milk you dry. That is also why this is the only place I take my vehicles.Honesty, Knowledge, not billing you for time while working on someone else's car, excellent prices. excellent mechanics. even can drop you off at home. how can you beat that.Really you are not going to find better prices anywhere. in Brandon's economy it just doesn't exist.”

After two other garages quoted me over $1,000 just to pass inspection even with a few items I knew needed to be addressed, Mike was *honest* with me and got me back on the road quickly and for a fraction of that price yet still with quality work. We will be taking all of our cars to him from now on, even though there is another mechanic three blocks from our home, and I am telling everyone I know to use him as well.”

“Two vehicles fixed
Our 2016 CRV had a fuel line rupture, Bill recommended towing to the shop, not driving it there. The part was ordered and installed quickly. My rear end of my 1972 Chevy was wobbling so much while I was driving it that I had to limp into Select Automotive. The treads were good but the belts in the tires had separated due to aging. 4 tires were replaced and an alignment performed, handling is best it’s been in 5 years!”

They utilized my warranty I didn't know I had mileage left on with VW, gave me a beautiful loaner car, and kept me informed of everything along the way. I didn't buy my current Volkswagen from Garnet, but I most definitely will be buying my next one from them with how awesome the service experience was.
