Scheduled an appointment last week for today. First time at this garage, but I saw the 4.9 rating and figured they’re doing something right. I showed up at 11a for my appointment at 1p because I forgot to write down the garage name/address (hahaha only me), so I’m nervous because the number I had wasn’t connecting to the garage. As it turns out their internet was down for the business and unable to access phones. I showed up and the energy of the place when I walked in was upbeat and the place clean and well lit. A man greeted me, told me I was super early lol and fortunately got me in immediately while fixing the repairs while being communicative, fair costs, and extending kindness and professionalism every step of the way. It was refreshing. Now the waiting room is less than ideal lol but it served the purpose and I was able to work a little bit as I waited. Overall fantastic experience and will definitely be back!”

“I was told not to go here by some friends but I needed my flat tire fixed ASAP. The gentleman let me know they were extremely busy but promised to get my car taken care of, they got my car pulled in within 10-15 minutes of me arriving at the store and they got me out of there within an hour. “Absolutely wonderful experience at D & R Glass. I needed windshield replacement for my 2009 Chevy Cobalt. Miss Miranda provided me with estimate very quickly, located the right unit by asking me all the relevant questions and got me scheduled the next day, Tom got me right in to the shop, and completed the work quickly and with genuine friendly service. Jr took care of my invoice and processed my transaction.
Most of all I have to say is how lovely and genuine the staff is there. Just like doing business with good friends.

“I was in a real tough spot, broken down with a car full of kids and my wife...late at night on a Sunday, in the cold! I called A-One Towing in Monaca (Swink's Sister Store). Larry, their tow-pro, got us picked up within 45 minutes. The next day, Swink's fixed my truck at a reasonable price, knocked a few shekels off of the tow since I had them do the repair and had me on the road. Brandon was friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining the diagnostic work and what they found (STUPID $20 SENSOR FAILED...grr). I will be using Swink's in the future for repair work...hopefully not too often.”

“Guys did timing belt, water pump and axles on my odyssey in half a day. And price was super reasonable. Times cheaper than a dealer and cheaper than other shops quoted me for. If you have honda thats the place to go. 100%. Gave me a price for work straight up, that means they know the job. Even dealer service advisor was beating around the bush with price but those guys gave price straight up and that how much they took. That means they know what they doing and they know how much it costs. Only place ill service my honda at from now on.”
