“Amanda was more than wonderful as I switched from a Samsung to Apple. She assured me all my photos were safe and stayed after hours to insure everything downloaded correctly. I work in retail, and have kids the way that she stayed over after closing to ensure I was satisfied and that everything was working was beyond what I was expecting. I can also say that she never made me feel like I was putting her out for staying and held causal conversation with me for hours while the photos of my kids and videos transferred over. I can not thank her enough for her kindness this Saturday night.”

“Went to a Verizon licensed store in Washington it was an authorized retailer. Well that was a mistake. At first one associate started to help me. My internal speaker was not working. He wanted to sell me another phone. When I decided I didn’t want that. He asked if I had insurance on phone. Which I did. Then a couple came in that he was helping earlier and he passed me off to another associate who really didn’t seem like they were interested in helping me. So I decided to leave that store and head to the store in Monaca where I bought my phone and have done business there for the past 20 years. I explained to the associate what was happening with my internal speaker he pointed me to another associate who took my phone and cleaned the cover on the speaker and now it’s working great. I wish I would’ve have gotten both of their names. Stand up people with great customer service. So long story short I didn’t need to replace my phone at all. Just needed some love on the internal speaker. That is the reason why I will remain a Verizon customer.”
