“The store manager Ronald and the retail assistant Manager Mike were both so knowledgeable and helpful. My battery was fried. I didn't have a warranty. I was stranded without a backup phone and had a limited budget. They took the time to troubleshoot with me explaining everything along the way. I left with a new phone I could afford and a better plan. They saved the day! Best experience I've had in any retail phone store.”

“The 5 stars aren't for the store itself. The 5 stars are specifically for "Alex," who was the ONLY person who was able to address my problem. This is after many attempts and three different stores later. He was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. If only everyone we encounter in this world was this competent, the world would be a much better place.My only regret is that he received no commission for the service he provided me. So, people who want to switch to Tmobile, or those who want to purchase a pricey phone, specifically ask for "Alex." He deserves it!”

“The only thing I can say is that the makers of phones are not making enough money at 800 -1200 for a phone. They need to start charging for a charger for that very expensive phone. This started by iPhone and Samsung followed by doing the same. This is the same Apple ? that pays it's workers in China @ $5 a day. They had some issues just a few years ago when the new thing at the factory was to jump off the roof or out the window and commit suicide. They put such pressure on these Chinese workers at that factory. So the cost of an iPhone is minimal to Apple and we the consumers pay great deal. The Apple company had to think up additional ways to increase revenue. So someone said we can charge for chargers. Now they are charging 20 to 40 dollars. This also goes for anything needing a charge. For example; Airbuds, Galaxy Buds2s, laptops, iPad etc.Thank Apple and Samsung for charging you for charging your phones,buds,laptops etc.Thank you for allowing me to rant about issue.”

“I find it very entertaining that when a customer comes in...with a complaint about the service, or a conversation they had with customer service...its always the fault of the live, breathing, ready to assist you rep & make do with what the company gives access to. The store gets a bad rap because someone, somewhere, gave misinformation. The reps are not miracle workers. And are held to what the company allows access to. Which in some cases...just like other companies..they run online specials..not available in store. This is not the fault of the rep you are standing in front of. But go ahead..feel better about yourself by belittling the people that are actually trying help... how powerful you must feel to be a disrespectful fellow human being...get a clue! Grow up & act like an adult”

“went better then expected when calling, which was to disconnect their service, mostly because verizon has a better offer currently (at least in my location)I had originally called may 17th, and thought i cancelled service, but for some reason it didnt work and got charged today.But after calling it was resolved and the money put back into account and everything, and it was a suprisingly smooth and quick process that i wasnt expecting to be so smooth, i do gotta say that was impressive.”
