“Decent trip there, my buddies phone WA ALL MESSED up , but we hurried up and got on a bus shot down town just in the nic of time to get his phone back up and working. Great job, although now he's going crazy because he for sure see someone or something really trying hard to hack his phone! We've been up all night trackiing coding moves, new data entry to go against what we just did, lmao this is crazy! Big brother at its fullest, but never fear Mark the cell phone data techy is here lol. AND GUESS WHAT!! WE GOT EM... HAHAHA”

We have been struggling with our iPhone Airs for months. We called Apple and Comcast and went to three other local Xfinity stores. No one could help, especially at the other Xfinity stores. We were so frustrated. But within minutes of us arriving for our appointment, Shiemata had us lined up with new iPhones and get them completely updated within an hour. She was responsive and kind and smart. We loved our experience with her. Please let her and all the people at Comcast know what an amazing teammate she is.”

“This review is not for this store specifically, I haven’t been to this location but it’s the nearest one to me now that I’ve moved. The review is for the overall service. Hands down, best internet service I’ve ever had. Reliable, quick fixes and the customer service is through the roof. The woman Lynn, who just helped me out over the phone, was the best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. Friendly, polite, kind and HELPFUL. If you have Xfinity in your area, keep it or switch to it, it’s just one less headache in life.
Update: I had to go back to resolve another issue with cellular service. They were packed but the manager there kept things running smoothly and helped me out personally to keep things moving. She knew my issue could be resolved quickly and was able to do so while managing the needs of other customers and employees. Say what you want about Xfinity but great human interactions like this, during difficult and stressful moments is invaluable.”
