“I’m writing today to give excellence to a man named Andrew. I had two returns to take here from Amazon and I ended up needing to call Amazon. Long story short, the Amazon CSR lady was giving me hoops to jump through for 45 minutes and right before I was getting ready to hang up with what I thought was the correct return store and that’s when Andrew jumped in and saved the day and got things straight writhing seconds. I still don’t know how he did it! Also, as I was leaving the store talking about how I’m going to give that store an amazing review, and a customer standing in line named Cathy asked me include her in thanking Andrew because apparently he’s helped her in a big way too! Great employees=Happy Customers!”
