“I was so impressed with Cheryl this morning. We took a box in which was so large that it would have cost $123 to ship. She encouraged us to cut the box down to half the size, as long as the contents would allow. She kindly assisted us in doing that and sealed it up. We ended up paying $60 instead of $123. She took her time with us and was very professional and helpful. You should give her a raise!!”
