Thanks Alex! It was the 2nd time that he had assisted me with something. This time, I needed all the pages of my mother‘s passport to be scanned as pdf and then sent to my email. I remember this guy, I never forget staff who are attentive and with a positive attitude. He was very patient and provided awesome customer service, as usual. And this time, I asked for his name. Yes, UPS do provide scan to email service! Very convenient! Thank you UPS.

I would like to commend Alex on the great service he always provides when I come into the UPS store in Monaca. Over the last several months, he has been always helpful, pleasant and very accommodating - beyond what I would expect! There have been times when the line is out the door, but he never loses patience and shows each customer the attention as if they were the only one in the store. He is an asset to this establishment!

This is the absolute worst UPS store I’ve ever gone to the staff is extremely rude. I would just left the store today and I confronted his rudeness. I was simply trying to get something printed and he took four people Fire beware terrible store terrible terribleahead of me while I was standing in line so when I brought it to his attention, he got nasty with me. I mailed something from this place to return to Amazon and they put the wrong return label on my package and it got sent elsewhere and I ended up losing over $200 from the store. Do not use the store. They’re terrible. I returned a motor for a boat to Amazon and they put the wrong label on. It cost me a fortune and there is nothing I can do about it, and they refuse to take responsibility.

I received poor customer service from an associate at the counter who didn't even notice that my very small box was going to be charged $102 just to go to Chicago area from Monaca which was Ludacris because it shouldn't have been more than $10 which i sent fedex for $10.50 when I called to attempt to explain this to the manager he was rude to me on the phone and told me never to come to the store again which I will never go to the store again don't go here they suck

I was there on a Sunday afternoon about 30 minutes before the store closed. The lady that was working was very friendly and patient with me when my barcodes weren’t scanning properly (this was my fault as they were screenshots and hard to see). I had 5 packages to send out. She tried a different scanner several times and the codes finally scanned. She had a line of customers to deal with behind me and was all by herself but remained calm and kind. I will definitely be back for any future needs!

I had an exceptional experience at the UPS Store in Monaca, PA! I was in a tough situation that was completely my fault, but the team went over and above to help me. Charged $2 for printing off 2 papers whereas that total would have been $1.15 at the Wexford location. The store is super outdated, none of the workers were in any type of uniform, and they were extremely unkind and unprofessional.
