“I've been traveling this way for years now and never knew this place was in Swiss Alpine Village. What a little diamond!!! Stopped there for the first time this weekend. Absolutely LOVED it!!! I really liked the style of their clothes and could have spent a fortune there because everything was so stylish and a bit on the different side. Got a cute jacket and a casual top. They have a nice selection of items. I know most people may throw away the receipt and (as silly as this may sound)...the receipt I got was so nice and clearly done up....the best and clearest to read I've every gotten! Nice vibe in the store!!! Will definitely be back!”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”

“I just shopped here on the Sunday after Thanksgiving when the mall was very busy and Anna and Ana were working and they were SO helpful and sweet. As soon as I stepped foot in the store, they were asking me if I needed anything and offering to look in the back or online for things I liked that weren't in my size. There was an item I really liked and they went online to find it for me and I decided to just wait on it but then I went back a few minutes later when I changed my mind and we couldn't find it online anymore but they kept searching and trying on different computers and they finally found it and ordered it for me. It might not sound like a big deal, but to me they truly cared about helping me find what I wanted as if it were something for themselves. They really were two of the nicest girls and they deserve to be recognized for trying to ensure customer satisfaction. I hope they receive a nice holiday bonus because they make the season bright!”

“I walked in on Saturday Jan 7 feeling pretty defeated because Victoria Secret didn’t carry my bra size. I was walking past Torrid and figured why not. I went in and was immediately questioned about what I was looking for, and Alysia did such an amazing job helping me! I explained my situation, and she measured me and found the perfect size for me. The only critique I have was that they didn’t carry a 38 band, but carried my cup size. I would’ve liked to order in store, but online is okay too.”
“Any event I go to, this is my spot. Large variety of dresses, very formal to just a night out. Only complaint is the glitter on the dresses makes such a mess. I even hairspray the glitter dresses (it's what Google says to do), this time I had black glitter everywhere, including my salad! Lol I wish they had more midi length, lots of to the floor length and I Need like over 12 inches of that hemmed off.”

“I visited the store on Thursday, October 26th. Ahmad was there then and he was very helpful and professional! And he was the only one manning the store at that time. I had never been to this location before so he showed me where I could find all the discounted clothing (which I came for) and when an item I wanted needed a price adjustment he gave me the best deal possible. I will definitely be back!”
