“Mark and I were trying for two years to re-mortgage our home, we went through two other companies before finding Peoples and Zackary Dowden. The two other companies gave us a run around up until the very last moment so when we found Zack we were pretty much jaded. He has been such a help from day one, He explained to us how to get Mark's credit score up to a point where we needed to be and kept in touch with us exactly 6 months later like he promised he would. He has been very professional while still maintaining a friendly and caring personality that we felt comfortable with while we were going through all of this. “We have used this branch since it operated out of a trailer before the existing structure was built, when it was Palmerston bank. We’ve been customers so long that the original employees have retired.It’s been a wonderful experience all these years: personal, professional, accomodating employees who became friends. No mistakes that I can remember and, more importantly, no security breaches to our accounts. No one was injured the awful day they were held up, thankfully. We’re still with them!”
