“Maybe other folks have had a bad experience due to outdated technology, but I feel it must have been updated in the past 2 or 3 years. We have a mortgage and two accounts with them. The app sometimes can slow, but TD bank has the same issue; as I would assume with all bank apps.If you live in the Pocono area, this is a very decent bank to do business with. ?”

“I admit, given all the negative reviews on here I was expecting a worse experience… I went in to make a deposit (ATM wasn’t accepting an older $100 bill I had), and there wasn’t a line, but I was greeted quickly & professionally. The woman that assisted me was polite, professional and quick in processing my deposit & didn’t try to upsell me on opening new accounts or credit cards (hate that sales-ey stuff when I’m just trying to get in/out quick). Appreciate it and keep up the good work!”
