“This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person.I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!”
“I have been using this bank for a long time.I have never had any problems. Everyone there is so helpful and patient. I had a problem accrue. Not with them at all .I was given a check from a company. The check did not deposit the first time.I told the company they gave another. I was so scared I was going to have the same thing happen and not get paid. Let me tell you all that these people care so much about you.The manager Lynn, Tina and Krystie my teller . All of them helped me until there was nothing else they could do. What service!!!!Yes the check went through with there help! Thank you all at S&T Bank.”

“This bank is the best! I've been a customer since I was 15 and always will be. I called at closing about getting coin wrappers, and made it just as they were closing. Actually a min after. I was happily surprised when they met me at the door with a large stack of wrappers!!!

“The staff who greeted me were warmly courteous, very knowledgeable, helpful and highly professional. I was genuinely impressed by the overall pleasant experience, this having been my first visit at the branch. I live in an area without Chase branch offices, so driving two hours one way was all the traffic unpleasantness I needed. It was refreshing to be walked through my bungling attempts at their ATMs, handled by a consummate financial professional, whose name was, I believe, Jacqueline. I should have been more acutely aware, but I was just somewhat overwhelmed by her kindness. Thank you.”

“Wen traveling from Philadelphia to mid West there were no Bank of America in these state which made it hard for me to use my card after I cancelled it then I find it try getting in touch with someone at the bank to see if they could have activated my bank within 24 hours after located it which made my remaining travel back West sending money I don't understand why this bank isn't all over the 52 state..I have to give this a 2 1/2 ratings”
