“If you're ever in need of vehicle repairs, (from a collision, etc.), I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, on Meadow Street, in Pittsburgh. Location was convenient; coordination with my insurance company and the local car rental dealer, were seamless. Car rental location even picked me up from Caliber, to obtain a rental vehicle. Customer service/ office staff, (Kayla, Bonnie and Michelle), were all very pleasant and efficient. Service Advisor Kevin was very polite and professional. Caliber kept me updated with periodic texts, regarding the vehicle's status, (really appreciated that). Vehicle was actually completed prior to the anticipated due date. Repairs were very well done; vehicle looked like it had never been damaged. Vehicle was returned cleaned, inside and out; almost looked brand new. Would highly recommend.”

This is a small family owned business run by Larry & his Wife, Ricky and the other gentlemen whose name has slipped my mind (my apologies) are such a pleasure to work with as well. Not only is the entire team very friendly but they are damn good at what they do, Larry is a true craftsman who takes extreme pride in his work & went above and beyond my expectations with these repairs not only from the body work but the paint is perfectly matched on a nearly 20 year old car (which the certified BMW dealership couldn’t even do) and as a professional detailer I can greatly appreciate that skill. I would never recommend any other body shop other than Plisco’s! If you have a vehicle that is special to you, there is no better place to bring it than here!”

Aside from doing solid work with very personable staff, you just can't put a price on honesty when it comes to things like more expensive repairs that you may, or MAY NOT need.”

“My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and very reasonable!”

“My car broke down and this was the closest shop to get it to. I was scared to take it there with no prior experience or info. on the shop but had no choice. Well he fixed my truck in one day and charged me a fraction of what I thought it would be. I believe its a one man mechanic show but him and the wife are honest, easy to talk to people, who aren't trying to beat people over the head in labor costs. I am so glad to have found them and I am taking my truck there again for more needed repairs. I highly recommend them.”

They restored my vehicle to perfection after a collision with a deer that caused significant damage to the front passenger side and bent the passenger door. What truly sets this shop apart is the staff - they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. “Signed up for a basic cleaning on the website, came in based on reviews and location. Was surprised to find this was a one man operation.Brandon was professional, thorough, and transparent. I called him to discuss pricing for my vehicle, my needs, and availability. I showed up, he did the work as described on the site taking out the mats for cleaning, vacuuming the interior, and cleaning down all surfaces.The photos of the work speak for itself, I paid what I was quoted over the phone, and was on my way out within an hour of him starting work.
