Not only is the entire team very friendly but they are damn good at what they do, Larry is a true craftsman who takes extreme pride in his work & went above and beyond my expectations with these repairs not only from the body work but the paint is perfectly matched on a nearly 20 year old car (which the certified BMW dealership couldn’t even do) and as a professional detailer I can greatly appreciate that skill. They restored my vehicle to perfection after a collision with a deer that caused significant damage to the front passenger side and bent the passenger door. What truly sets this shop apart is the staff - they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. Keisha is very pleasant up front. TWO MO LATER, a deer hits my new car. Although it is a Nissan and days before Christmas, Valley Honda kept in touch with me, easy tow and paperwork.
