Tips for you newbies at Giant Eagle Pharmacy. 1) Forget the phone call. It is a waste of time. 2)They will send you a text when your prescription is ready. 3) You are going to wait no matter what. Don’t take it out on the people that work there. 4) I always go through the door marked ‘pharmacy’. It is always open.

Love convenience of driving up. Hate parking and walking entire store to stand in line since the closed entrance nearest pharmacy. Staff are very professional and personable.
